I have been involved in body building, body transformation since I was about 14. looking after your health, training the body is important but not as important as looking after your spirit, discover how. I make these images and story available to inspire others. used at Promise Keepers conferences across the nation of NZ to inspire men to look after their bodies.
In 2003 I took on the challenge to complete the body-for-life 12 week program to give me the structure, goal and motivation to make a transformation. I also set out to win ... I won the NZ title for my age.
my body-for-life results ... all within 12 weeks: - bodyfat percentage from 19.8% to 8.8%
- lost over 20 pounds of overall bodyfat
- gained over 10 pounds of new lean muscle
- waist went from 37.5 inches to 30.5 inches
- increased overall strength and fitness
- increased energy, self-respect and self-control
for those who don't know body-for-life is world famous, started by Bill Phillips. An extremely demanding, 12 week body transformation challenge competed by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide each year.
